Sushi is my favorite Japanese food. The taste of sushi largely depends on the taste of rice and the freshness of fish.
Sushi is very popular in both Indonesia and Korea. Although, they have some difference in the type of fishes they use, they both are very delicious. Especially, in Indonesia, there are a lot of Japanese Sushi restaurants owned by Japanese people. These restaurants make the exact same sushi as the restauratns in Japan do. This is because they bring the fish and rice from Japan.
When I visited Japan this summer, I went to a restaurant called 天下Sushi. The restaurant had the best sushi that I have ever tasted. I hope I would go there again in my near future. 
I love eating sushi too. It's too bad there's really only Toyo Grill in SB...

ReplyDeleteI tried the south bend sushi on my second day in ND(the international student reception), it was good. But I've never found that good sushi in dining hall since then. So sad!
